Chopped Hard Boiled Egg mixed with Free Range Mayonnaise & Seasoning

Our egg mayonnaise combines randomly chopped hard boiled eggs with Free Range mayonnaise and seasoning. Using an 80% oil, Free Range Mayonnaise and seasoned to your specifications.
  • Shelf Life: 11 Days from date of production
  • Minimum Life on Delivery: 8 Days
  • Storage Instructions: Store Between 1-5 °C
  • Mayonnaise Spec: 80% Oil, Free Range
  • Seasoning: Salt, White Pepper, Black Pepper
  • Pack Sizes: 1kg, 2kg, 5kg & 10kg
  • Allergen Information: Contains Egg

Packaging

Various packaging options and sizes are available. The 3 ways in which we pack are shown below:

A Food Grade Plastic Tub closed with a tamper evident tight seal lid.

A Food Grade Pouch closed with a knot and packed in a tamper evident plastic bucket.

A Food Grade Pouch closed with a knot, packed in a High Barrier Food Grade Pouch closed with a heat seal and stored in an open-top corrugated tray. (Double Bag)

The Pack Sizes detailed above are our standard sizes, however as a business focused on service to our customers, we always try our best to accommodate specific customer requirements. All primary & secondary packaging is labelled with a Product Description, Pack Quantity, Use By Date, Traceability Code & Other important information.
