Whether you’re looking to make meal times easier or regulate portion control, meal prepping is an excellent way to plan your meals for the week ahead. At this time of year, it’s great to be able to simply grab your pre-prepared meal from the fridge, rather than spend the afternoon in a hot kitchen cooking from scratch.

We’ve put together a list of some great meal prep ideas, all of which include the best protein of all: eggs. Cooked eggs last a few days in the fridge, but you could keep our pre-cooked hard boiled eggs in the fridge in their original packaging and simply add them to your meal when you’re ready to eat it. They’re packaged in a protective atmosphere, so they’ll last longer.
